COPYRIGHT

Our policy is to grant you copyright to our content under the agreed terms. There are no rights to the final content we develop; you can use it wherever you want.

PAYMENT

We require full payment upon completion of services provided, which includes all applicable taxes on customer-funded funds.

REVISIONS

We accept several revisions to your satisfaction but within seven days of the final delivery of the project. In exceptional cases, our exchange period can extend up to 14 days. The revised processing time breakdown is as follows:

• For projects that require a 24-hour rush, the lead time is changed to 24 hours.
• Projects that require an urgency of 24 to 48 hours should have a turnaround time of 48 hours.
• Projects that are more urgent than 48 hours should have a lead time of 72 hours.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with the product or Service provided by Texas Writing within five days of completing your order, you may submit a refund request. A refund percentage will be given if we cannot provide the required Service through our unlimited change policy. If no refund request is received within five days of order delivery, both parties will assume you are satisfied with the order. More than thinking is needed to get money back because everything is documented from the day the customer registers for the Service with us. If you have specific complaints and require a full refund, your case will be referred to an assessment team at this point.

If you are unhappy with the work after each revision and demand a full refund, don’t worry; we won’t let you down. The evaluation team will evaluate the content based on the information you requested. They will make fair decisions based on reality and evidence. You will receive a full refund if any content is missing or damaged. We will not refund any money due to a change of mind before or after the project has started.
